Where Did The Oxygen Go?
We live in a world dominated by the need for oxygen, but are not at all aware that is is slipping from our grasp.
This article about sulfur started with references to sulfur-eating bacteria including some that lived during the very formation of our planet -- billions of years ago.
I do not pretend to be any expert on that history, but the data is strewn about the internet -- how we have less oxygen in our air now, and more carbon dioxide than years ago.
The atmosphere of the Earth 80 million years ago was discovered to have 50% more oxygen than modern air. (source)
The actual amount of carbon dioxide shown with these very, very precise studies varies from a very stable range of about 175 PPM over a period of some 1800 years from the year 1000 to 1830.
After 1830 the amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere increased dramatically to where it is now, at about 320, or so, PPM. This virtual doubling in 150 years, compared to almost no change for 1800 years may have dramatic consequences on health. (source)

This last quote, apparently suffering from poor translation from the original Russian, SEEMS to say that there is a point of decrease in atmospheric oxygen where the whole cycle of plants cleaning the air -- where that cycle stops?? (Plants need to breathe in oxygen as well as to breathe it out -0- the complete cycle.)
On another plane you can look at almost any disease and trace it back to some shortage of oxygen along the line. That shortage is not much publicized because drugs certainly don't handle that problem and because our modern life styles often greatly aggravate the problem.
Smoking cigarettes may or may not put as much pollution into the air as smoking volcanoes, but . . .. I wonder.
The theme of this page is simple: Oxygen is the breath of life. Without oxygen for even a few minutes we die yet breathing the air in many places is a risky business.
My wife, Jean Ross, developed deadly cancer of the esophagus in 2004. She took the (bad) advice of a medical doctor we trusted and accepted both radiation and chemotherapy. We both knew that despite the oncologist's stern warning, "Don't take any vitamins or herbs while getting your chemotherapy," that she was going to go full bore with all and any alternative remedies we thought were right.

Getting extra oxygen into the cells means the end of cancer, but there is not one drug company and few doctors that even admit that oxygen can be delivered other than through the tube in your nose. Even that form of delivery does NOT mean that the oxygen finds it way into the cells were it is needed. Biosulf does just that.
Cell membranes are far more complicated than many people realize.

The following quote is NOT understandable by the average layman, but it shows how intense has been the scientific interest in MEASURING oxygen transport across cell membranes. Further study of this quote and related science shows that there are many references to the importance of the concept and the difficulty of achieving that transport.

Bio Sulf transports oxygen across the membrane of cell walls. There is virtually no other substance that does this -- certainly no drug, no vitamin, and, as I'll write later, our food supply has been sabotaged so that it no longer supplies organic sulfur!

I thought, when I first heard about this, that there were many sources for organic sulfur -- turns out that is not true.
There is a great deal of "sulfur" being sold and consumed in the United States. My own Company sells it bulk, in ton-quantities, in several countries around the world. The sulfur we have been selling is called "MSM," or Methyl Sulfonyl Methane. It is usually labeled as organic sulfur.
Even I called it organic sulfur until I learned the difference between what everyone one in the world seems to be selling and the true "organic sulfur." My good friend, Dr. Ayyangar, is the owner of the factory in India that makes the sulfur we have been selling all over the world. It has been sold "as MSM" and does a fine job of relieving the pain of arthritis, but Dr. Ayyangar is also a research scientist of considerable talent and repute. He is an Ayurvedic Physician and a Doctor of Homeopathy in Mumbai, India, and was not satisfied with the fact that our own MSM was not living up to the promise we thought it should.
After all the early claims for MSM were remarkable -- we did not see that happening. He set about finding a way to make organic sulfur in a different way -- we have succeeded and call it Bio Sulf.
We continue to sell the "regular MSM" because it is still an effective pain reliever, safe and inexpensive. There is no toxic level for regular MSM (or for Bio Sulf) and for many people it provides relief that they could not get with any pain killer.

So far no other company has duplicated our proprietary manufacturing process. Later on, on this web site, I'll describe how you can test any "sulfur" to see if it is really "organic" sulfur.
For now, let's look at what OXYGEN might do for you -- since we now know that our Bio Sulf will ENABLE THE TRANSPORT OF OXYGEN ACROSS THE MEMBRANE OF THE CELL WALL.
It is not enough to PUT more oxygen into your body -- you have to get that oxygen INTO individual cells to allow the cells to regenerate and heal -- which cannot be done with inadequate oxygen.
